Many issues — slow PCs, software problems, email setup — can be fixed remotely the same day. Hardware repairs and data recovery usually take a little longer depending on parts, but we'll always give you an honest timeframe upfront.
Whichever suits you. We offer remote support for most software issues, home and business visits across Cardigan and Ceredigion, and you're welcome to drop equipment off with us for repair.
We'll always tell you honestly if a drive is beyond recovery rather than charging for false hope. Where possible we also help set up automatic backups afterwards, so it doesn't happen again.
Yes — our own editing workflow runs on Mac (Mac Studio, DaVinci Resolve), so we're just as comfortable troubleshooting macOS as we are Windows PCs.
